CSV files

The current and upcoming DX operations as CSV files. The grids, latitudes and longitudes of the peditions are not the exact position of each pedition. The latitudes and longitudes are from cty.dat file. The grid is calculated from the latitude and longitude of the DXCC, if it is not given. The values are adjusted, if there are several peditions in the same DXCC or the pedition is on a small insel.
